THE TRANSPORT OF YOUR PARCEL

Parcel are generally sent one days after reception of your payment. The standard method of dispatch is the Post, put without signature. If you wish a delivery with signature, an additional cost applies, thank you for contacting us. Whatever is the chosen method of dispatch, we shall supply you as soon as possible a link which will allow you to follow on-line the delivery of your parcel.

MODALITIES OF EXCHANGE

Thank you for sending back to us intact and complete articles in their original packing (with labels containing their references), accompanied with the delivery note, within 15 days after reception of your parcel.  You will so have the guarantee of a fast treatment and without error. Postal charges bound on the way back are at your expense under your responsibility. In the case of a order exchange, the postal charges of your new order are offered to you. Take advantage of it to add to it articles of your choice.
