Sales contract

A sales contract is deemed to have been concluded between the parties when Boni&Sidonie has confirmed the customer's order by email. From this moment, the customer is subject to these general conditions of sale.

Any minor must obtain the consent of the holder(s) of parental authority when making a purchase.

Price

Order Process

At the top right of the page you must register. You will be redirected to a page where you must enter your personal data. During this registration process, you have the choice to subscribe to the Newsletter. When you have chosen your item, you click on "add to cart"; then click on the order button until you get to the "address" page, click on "order"; choose your delivery method and accept the T&Cs, click again on "order". On the next page you must choose your method of payment, then you confirm your order. From this moment you agree to submit to our general conditions of sale. A confirmation email will be sent ; if you don't see our email, check your junk mail.

Price Guarantee

Like all merchants, Boni&Sidonie offers sales or promotions on certain products at certain times of the year. The objectives of these discounts are various, but in general the aim is to offer the product at a better price when the season ends and the chances of selling it at the normal price are reduced. It is therefore logical that by purchasing a product at a given time, a customer cannot in principle claim compensation for any price reductions on this product subsequently.

Quality

We take the greatest care in selecting the products offered for sale on our site in order to guarantee impeccable quality. Nevertheless, if it turns out that you have any quality problem, do not hesitate to contact us by email (sav@boniclassic.com) to let us know.

Delivery and transportation

We strive to send the items as soon as possible (see Delivery & exchange terms), namely no later than the working day following the day of the order. All deliveries are chargeable (except for France and Belgium), unless otherwise indicated on the product description and on the shopping cart. We reserve the right to divide an order into several parcels or to combine several orders in the same parcel bearing the same delivery address. In principle, we only allow orders to be placed for products that are physically available in our stock in order to guarantee rapid delivery. However, if a difference in inventory prevents us from delivering a product, we undertake to communicate this to you as soon as possible and to offer you alternative products. Of course, in this case, a refund will always be possible. All our packages are insured until they are delivered to your home.

No purchase obligation, right of return

Satisfied or refunded; Boni&Sidonie undertakes to take back all goods within 14 days from the day of receipt of your order and to reimburse you as soon as possible, generally within 2 working days of receipt of the return, if you have already paid the amount due. Deduction will however be made of any advantages, reductions or gifts which you may have benefited from when purchasing the product or any delivery costs, if there were any in the original order. It is understood that a refund can only be made if the returned items are intact, in their original packaging, carefully packed in additional packaging (the shoebox itself cannot be used as postal packaging), with their any labels and if the return instructions included in the package have been followed scrupulously. Please note that if the same item has been ordered several times, the return is deducted from the last order containing the item.

Delivery problem

If you have not received your package within 30 days, you can request the cancellation of the order.

In the event of a lost package declared by the transport company, Boni&Sidonie will return the contents of the package or refund the amount of the package within 14 days. In addition, we are responsible for delivering the order until the package is received.

Payment methods

At Boni&Sidonie, you can pay for your purchases in the simplest way possible. Whether by bank pre-payment, check, VISA, Mastercard, or through your PayPal account.

For payments by credit card, no data relating to your card is directly processed or recorded at Boni&Sidonie. Your data is processed at the transaction partner.

Secure payment

Our site and your purchases pass through a secure "SSL" service, which guarantees you against any fishing. We work with Crédit Agricole, e-Transfer solution to maximize security. Under no circumstances are your bank details given to us, during payment you will go to the Crédit Agricole e-Transfer portal to make your payment.

Warranty

All shoes sold on our site through us are guaranteed for 2 years from the date of purchase. Your invoice acting as a guarantee, we ask you to keep it carefully. Not covered: damage due to poor maintenance, improper use, or normal wear and tear.

Applicable law

If in case of conflict the two parties have not found an amicable solution leading to a dispute; the applicable law will be French. Similarly, in the face of an international dispute, French law will be applied.
