Return and exchange policy
You have 15 days to change your mind, we will take back or exchange the products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To make a return, you must enclose a copy of the invoice or proof of purchase.
Returns and exchanges
We accept returns within 15 days of receipt of the package. If you wish to return or exchange an item, send us an e-mail at sav@www.boniclassic.com so that we can send you a label return prepaid.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request. If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
There are certain situations where only a refund is refused:
- Products with obvious signs of use.
- Damaged packaging no longer allowing the product to be re-sold.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has certain missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.
